                                      Measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing the tape under your arms. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides. Make sure the tape is not too tight\u2014leave space for one finger between the tape and your body. Preferably measure while wearing a shirt or light clothing.<\/p>\n

                                      Waist measurement:<\/strong>
                                      Measure around your waist at navel level or where you normally wear your belt. Do not measure over your pants.<\/p>\n
